More than 800 active COVID-19 cases in Chippewa County prisons

Sootoday reports that there are more than 800 active COVID cases reported in Chippewa County prisons. Kinross Correctional Facility has 776 prisoners and 40 corrections staff testing positive with COVID. 775 of these cases still considered active and no deaths have been reported.
